Residence Matteini is a wonderful residential complex run personally by the owners (since 1956). It consists of new and fully accessorised flats of various sizes and types: studio flats, two-room flats, three-room flats for every need.
 
The flats are furnished in a modern style and are soundproof. They have air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, SKY configuration, digital safes, microwave, phone, wireless Internet, shower stall, hair-dryer, full kitchen, balcony or terrace.
 
Residence Matteini has a lift, optional garage (extra charge), washing and drying machines right inside, ironing room, terrace with solarium, air-conditioned lounge, reception, own changing rooms on the beach and chance of taking part in gymnastics and other entertainment activities on the beach for all ages, such as aerobic dancing, Latin-American dancing, mini-club, volleyball, basketball, trampolines and baby-park for the kids.
Moreover, we lend our guests bikes for free.
